Your commission is a percentage of gross billing — the total amount the facility pays per hour per worker. If a facility pays $110/hr for an RN who works 8 hours, gross billing = $880. At 7.5% you earn $66 for that shift. Across 20 workers working weekly, this compounds into $50K–$100K/month from one client.

When a facility hires a temp worker permanently, they pay a conversion fee (15–25% of first-year salary). For a nurse hired at $80K/year, that's $12K–$20K. You earn 10–15% of that fee — a lump-sum bonus on top of all your hourly commissions.

You are the employer-side relationship owner. Advanced Access Staff maintains the worker pool, handles all credentialing, matching, placement, compliance, and payroll. You bring the clients. We do the rest.
